Tour Includes:




  • Regarding The Hotels –

    - We request you to check hotel reviews and photos on google and on hotel websites.

    - Hotel check-in & check-out time is as per Hotel Policies. (Standard Time - Check-In: 12 PM, Check-Out: 11 AM)

    - Number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the no. of nights booked by the guest.

    - Early check in is Subject to Availability and might extract Extra Cost and payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.

    - Food Available as per time schedule of hotel policy. Kindly follow food timings accordingly.

    - In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.

    - In case your choice of hotels are different than what we have quoted please advise your choice & we can work out costing for those hotels as well.

    Booking:

    You are doing booking with Holidest Tours means you accept that you have read the complete package information and agree with booking terms & conditions, payment policy and cancellation policy. You accept the tour package and acknowledge that it fits into your budget and requirement and your payment will consider as acknowledgment that you satisfy with above information.

    On confirmation of booking your contract is with Holidest Tours. A contract exists between us when we confirm your all tour/travel services and have received the deposit amount from your end.

    Payment Policy:

    For the services contracted, Flight Fare and 25% booking amount of Ground Package Cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.

    Balance Payment:

    Balance payment is (excluding flight cost) to be made 15 days prior to the date of start of services or as per given installments. Any booking made within 15 working days of the date of services would be considered to be a late booking and for same the full and final payment is required to be made at the time of booking itself. Full payment is required before 15 days of the travel date.

    If the package is booked within 15 days of travel date 100 % amount of total tour cost after the all confirmation/holding regarding your booking. Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.

    Mode of Payment:

    Domestic clients can make payment using any of the following methods:-

    ● By Online Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club)
    ● By Online Debit Card Payment (by Master / Visa / Maestro)
    ● By Offline Credit Card Payment (American Express / Visa / Master Card / Discover / Diners Club)
    ● By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
    ● By Bank Transfer (RTGS & NEFT)

    We do also accept payments through PAYTM, Google Pay, Paypal, etc.

    Note:
    ● In case of payment through credit/debit card, standard bank charges would be levied over and above the total amount.
    ● All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
    ● Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.
  • In case, customer wishes to cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons, including accident, sickness, or any other personal reasons, non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client. All the cancellations must be communicated in written.

    You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:

    Cancellation Charges Per Person -

    ● More than 60 days - Registration / Booking Amount and Flight Fare if any

    ● 31 to 60 days before the travel date - 40 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 16 to 30 days before the travel date - 50 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 06 to 15 days before the travel date - 70 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● 01 to 05 days before the travel date - 95 % of Total Ground Package Cost & Flight Fare if any

    ● On the day of departure or no show - 100 % of Total Tour Cost and Flight Fare if any

    Other Important Notes

    ● Flight cancellation as per Airlines Policy + Service Charge + Tax

    ● Cruise cancellation as per Cruise Policy + Service Charge + Tax

    ● Visa cost total non refundable once visa processed

    ● Payment is non refundable if hotels are non refundable

    ● The Company deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy

    ● Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only

    ● Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services

    ● Holidest Tours have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient payment made by client before your tour starts

    ● In a tour package, no refund shall be made for unutilized services. It is on guest’s discretion whether to take service or not

    ● No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Road Blocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

    ● In case of any conflict in booking terms & conditions, the decision of Holidest Tours management would be final & binding.

    ● Holidest Tours can assist you in processing visa for international travel but can't assure your visa and in case of failure of visa process, the cancellation policy will be applicable and will be charged from client.

    ● Please note there is no contract between Holidest Tours and the client until the company has received initial deposit amount of specified tour package

    If you want to change your holiday plan

    After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.

    The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives by giving us 30 days advance notice before tour start date. Validity - One year. (Not applicable for flight or train bookings)

    Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
